Cornell University Yang-Tan Institute

YLAN is collaborating with the Yang-Tan Institute at Cornell University on its juvenile justice reentry initiative, the Y-ReCONNECTS Community of Practice, funded by the NYS Developmental Disabilities Planning Council. The mission of the Y-ReCONNECTS Community of Practice is to facilitate the design and implementation of innovative, inclusive, and collaborative local transition models, promoting the successful return to engaged community life for justice-involved youth (age 14-24) with disabilities.
